The BJ306 features a mahogany resonator, an aluminium rim with a Remo WeatherKing head and a mahogany neck. It is completed with chrome hardware and fittings, an ovangkol wooden fingerboard, modern closed gear machineheads, and the iconic 'Barnes & Mullins London W' historic logo. 

These modern-day 'Perfect' banjos adhere to traditional banjo design but are matched to modern manufacturing techniques, whilst paying homage to the vision and designs of our founders.

Well into the 21st century, original B&M 'Perfect' banjos still change hands for considerable sums of money amongst both antique dealers and musicians alike.

Please note: the inlays on the B&M BJ306 6 string banjo are positioned in the same location as on a banjo – frets 3, 5, 7, 10, 12 etc. Some 6 string banjos position the 10^th fret marker on the 9^th fret to match a guitar.
